Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens, but to respect everyone’s time:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged a 50% fee.
No-shows will also be charged 50%.
There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, your appointment may need to be adjusted or cancelled.
For the comfort and safety of all clients, no guests are allowed unless approved ahead of time.
A card on file is required to book, and you’ll only be charged if a policy applies.
